Luberon Villages Day Trip from Aix-en-Provence

A very pleasant day spent in such beautiful places!! Rémy is very knowledgeable in a wide range of subjects and I recommend very much this tour.

This was my favorite tour in Provence! The villages are simple amaze and I was look to get the Van Gogh show at Carrieres de Lumiere!!!!

Content of the tour was excellent. Pierre ensured that we visited 5 villages as promised. Per the schedule, we never really had enough time to fully enjoy each village to the fullest. The schedule and itinerary plainly didn't allow it. However, we had an excellent overview of the The Luberon/Vacluse and Pierre offered a great explanation of the area as we drove along. He fully answered all of my questions regrading history and culture. One negative point - Pierre made several catty, mean spirited remarks during the 9 hour trip which I found uncalled for and mean. He oftentimes was like a gossiping old woman.

I am studying abroad in Marseille. My boyfriend came from the United States to visit me. We went on this tour and had an amazing time! The tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. The market was fantastic. The villages and scenery were beautiful. The history was very interesting. I highly recommend this tour!

It was great touring 5 small villages - but kind of exhausting as well. Most memorable was Gordes and Roussilon. A better tour design would be more time in each of only 3 villages.

We really enjoyed this excursion. Our tour guide Ricardo made this trip even unforgettable, he created friendly atmosphere in the group. He gave a lot of interesting information during this trip.

This was a fantastic way to see 5 different areas all in one day. The pictures shown here are no where close to how beautiful they are in person. We were on a van with 6 total people so it made it very intimate. Our guide Julian spoke perfect English and was an excellent guide. I would recommend this trip to anyone who has a free day. One negative was that we thought we were going to get to take pictures in the lavender fields, however it was only a 5 minute photo stop to take photos from afar behind a security fence. There is a photo stop for the Gordes from afar and this view alone was worth the price of the trip.

This is a fantastic tour that allows you to experience the essence of Provence we all know about. We visited several villages in the Luberon and felt we got an great taste of what Provence had to offer. Our guide Guillaume was accommodating, informative and professional - I would highly recommend him.

a beautiful summer day out exploring the picturesque Luberon villages back in early july. highly recommended, to discover the local open markets in the charming rural part of southern France. my most fav village if all is Roussillon, so much character in its colourful hues from yellow to orange terra cotta stones. wish there was more time to completely soak up the stunning views and ambience!

Wonderful trip to outlying villages of Provence. The only way we could have visited these charming villages would have been with a car rental. Thomas was fun and informative. Only disappointment was not having more time within each town! And the extra time spent driving to Marseilles to drop off a couple within our group. All in all, would certainly recommend!
