I had expected Viator to send an invitation to review our tour, but as yet that hasnt happened yet and I wanted to write a little story for your company. We booked through Viator to do a Shore Excursion from Denerau during our recent cruise holiday The site showed an approx 7 hour tour We were a group of 4 seniors and followed up by contacting Fiji Eco Tours directly to confirm the time in view of our time restrictions. A very prompt reply confirmed that we were actually booked on a half day tour and would be back between 1.00pm and 2.00pm This timeframe suited us well and covered what we wanted to see. We were on the Dock promptly and met by James and our day began James and Lorraine gave us a memorable time as we toured. We visited the Hindu Temple,a short shopping stop in Nadi,a wander through the food market before heading to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant We were never rushed and were able to take out time to enjoy every stop . All this was delivered in a warm gentle friendly way. As we were a small group there was the opportunity to converse about aspects of life that Lorraine and I shared a professional interest in,thus gaining a real insight into the life for families and greater understanding. The vehicle was modern ,clean and comfortable and safely driven by James who was very respectful of us all. We were provided with bottled water ,watermelon and the most amazing pineapple slices.....it felt like were tasting the sunshine . We wish you and your company well. You are providing a tour service with a personal touch and we would recommend Fiji Eco Tours to any traveller who wants a relaxed friendly experience Best wishes Valerie Archer on behalf of Barry Archer and friends Lenore and Tony Stevens
