Meet your guide on Main Street in Nadi. With your small group of 15 people or fewer, you're ensured a tour experience with personal attention and an intimate atmosphere.

Take off through the town, passing the Hindu temple, a popular site for visitors. Continue deeper into the town, where you'll get a true picture of daily Fijian life, starting with the local market.

Blend into the locals bustling about, selecting and purchasing their daily produce, fresh seafood and mussels from the river. Visit a local favorite bread shop to taste their morning cream buns and learn about the 'kava' sessions that take place in the market. Stop at a few cafés owned by local families, which open in the wee hours of the morning and serve hot tea and breakfast. At a local 'bean cart' (snack corner), try some fresh peas and Indian sweets, an irreplaceable part of many Fijians lives growing up on the island. Learn about locals' loyalty to certain carts and their different ways of preparing the same foods.

Hop on a local bus bound for Martintar, traveling along Wailoaloa Beach and through villages and neighborhoods. You'll share this open-air, public transportation system bus with locals; it's a far cry from air-con, WiFi-equipped buses typically reserved for tourists.

In Martinar, purchase a fresh coconut juice and chat with some of the local vendors before sitting down at a local restaurant for a traditional Fijian meal.

We arrived at the starting point of the tour 15 minutes before time and waited 1 hour after start time. No sign of the tour at all!!! The phone number given on the voucher would not connect, even using a local person's phone. We are asking for a refund!!!

Walking Tour of Nadi, Fiji-AWESOME!

I really enjoyed this tour! I got lucky being the only person touring on this date, but I'm told the groups are usually small, which works well for this outing. My guide Ray was great. Very knowledgeable about to country, history and culture of the town. I learned so much about Fiji and it's people talking with Ray. He took me to some amazing shops, the beautiful Hindu Temple ( a MUST see) an fabric stores in Nadi are wonderful! We finished the day at Tu's Place, eating some wonderful Fijian food. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Nadi are of Fiji. Vinaka! Damie Nazapas Oakland, CA USA

I really enjoyed this tour. Meressa was a knowledgeable and pleasant guide. Very patient with my questions about food and culture, it was like talking to a very likeable aunt. I would definitely recommend this tour to a first-timer in Fiji who wants to learn more about Fijian culture from a local. We went to Sri Siva Subramaniya temple, the biggest Hindu temple in the Southern hemisphere and had some traditional snacks. We went through Nadi Produce Market, the most exciting part of the tour for me, where Meressa pointed out local produce and we had street vendor snacks and really refreshing freshly squeezed juice. We took the local bus to the last leg of the tour at Tus Place, a restaurant serving Fijian food. It was so good there that I came back again on my last day in Fiji. I wouldve wanted to walk around more at the Nadi Produce Market as it was so exciting seeing all the local produce and wouldve wanted to try some of them but I understand that we might miss the bus going to Tus Place. Thanks Meressa for a really enjoyable time and for sharing your knowledge with me. Vinaka!

My tour guides Nicky and Raymond were amazing. I have never enjoyed a walking tour so much. This is a new business, but they were professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate the tour because I was new to the area, and they gave me an honest, helpful picture of the city and helped me sort out the rest of my trip. Thank you so much guys!

Great little local tour with a fabulous guide. Adapted tour to meet my needs, omitted temple as I had already visited it but took me to some locals to enjoy a nice fresh coconut. Lunch was superb but way too much food for me
